Please feel free to come out and try singing with us. You are welcome to try one or two drop-in sessions for $12 each to see if the choir is a good fit for you. If you decide to sign up for the full series of sessions your fee will be pro-rated.
THE FIRST SESSION
Do I need to bring anything? Please bring water - you will want it. Wear comfortable shoes as we stand to sing. That said, some need to sit. Chairs are available and you are more than welcome to sit for all or part of the sessions.
A Note on Fees....
Fees cover prep time, recording of song tracks, space rental, administrative time, ongoing communication with singers, planning and my time for community singing events, and in the case of some sessions...travel. Also see FLEXIBILITY below.
There are no rate deductions for personal travel weeks/holidays or late starts/early endings. Think of the fees as a membership. With this in mind, if you can only join us half way through the season, please contact me. I'm happy to discuss.
FLEXIBILITY Once registered for the season, singers are welcome to attend as many sessions in a week as they choose, in any location for no extra fee. This allows you to make up a missed session or sing more often.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS If you are unable to pay the full fee due to limited income - please email me or speak with me privately and I'd be happy to work something out. If you feel you have a unique situation and would like to discuss - please contact me. Tel: 613-256-8809 or email@example.com
SCHOLARSHIPS - There are times when someone makes a donation to help fund singers who cannot afford the full fee. Generous isn’t it?! If this would help you, please contact me to discuss.
PAYMENT INFO E-transfer, cheques, and cash accepted. Send e-transfers to firstname.lastname@example.org
**NEW** REFUNDS - Once you have paid the full fee and your circumstances change due to unforeseen events, I will credit you for the remaining sessions. You can use this credit for future sessions or transfer them to someone else as long as you contact me before the series you paid for is complete. Refunds will only include the remaining sessions moving forward once I have been contacted. Credit will not be made once a seasonal session is complete.
